Category 5e screened cords are 100% transmission tested to component performance as specified in ANSI/TIA-568-C.2. Assembled in a controlled environment using advanced manufacturing techniques to ensure consistent quality, these patch cords provide excep-tional performance when mated with our category 5e connecting hardware and deliver supreme performance for network cabling sys-tems. Category 5e patch cords incorporate slim-profile snag-free boots, which protect the plug latch, and a flexible, but durable cable strain relief and are compatible with both T568A and T568B wiring schemes. Patch cords are manufactured using ETL-verified 26-AWG stranded cable designed for greater flexibility and service life and are available in seven standard lengths.
